Triumph Track Day
AS PART of its 21st Anniversary celebrations, Triumph Motorcycles New Zealand is hosting a track day at the Hampton Downs circuit on Friday, February 8 and as a bonus, all entrants will also receive a free weekend pass to the Triumph Classic Festival on the Saturday and Sunday.
Not only that, Triumph Motorcycles New Zealand is subsidising the entry fee for Triumph riders who will pay just $120 rather than the $150 other riders will pay for a day of track riding.
“It does not matter what sort of Triumph people own, there will be a class to suit everyone’s riding style and experience level,” says Leigh Beckhaus, Triumph Motorcycle New Zealand’s General Manager.
“The most important thing to understand is that the Triumph Track Day is not a race day. Rather, it is a day for Triumph owners to enjoy riding on a race track without having to concern themselves about anyone coming the other way. It is also a celebration of Triumph ownership,” she added.
Not only that, Triumph Motorcycles will have a representative range of its 20 model fleet available for test rides all three days – Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
So Classic racing fans with a hankering to try a Triumph have no excuse not to be at Hampton Downs for the Triumph Classic Festival from February 8-10.
“While the Triumph Track Day is all about Triumphs, owners of other brands of motorcycle are also welcome to join us,” says Ms. Beckhaus.
